Telegram connections enable sending notifications and alerts to Telegram chats via a bot.

Used By

• Notifications - Send alerts to Telegram chats
• Notification Action - Send messages from playbooks

token*	Telegram bot token from @BotFather	EnvVar

Note: Group chat IDs start with -100 prefix.
